Using the Hybrid menu (HEV only)


You can use various features for hybrid electric vehicles, such as viewing your vehicle’s fuel economy or energy information.
On the Home screen, press Hybrid.

Hybrid screen (HEV only)

The Hybrid screen provides the following functions and information:

Type 1

  1. Return to the previous level.
  1. Display the options list.
  1. Display Off: Turn off the screen. Press the screen to turn it back on.
  2. User's Manual on Web (QR Code): View the QR code for access to the web manual.
  1. View fuel economy information. > See "Viewing Fuel Economy information (HEV only)."
  1. View the real-time energy flow. > See "Viewing the Energy Flow (HEV only)."

Type 2

  1. Return to the previous level.
  1. Display the options list.
  1. Display Off: Turn off the screen. Press the screen to turn it back on.

Depending on the vehicle model or specifications, displayed screens and available functions may vary.

Viewing Fuel Economy information (HEV only)

You can view your vehicle’s fuel economy information.
On the Hybrid screen, press Fuel Economy.

  1. Average fuel economy
  1. Reset the fuel efficiency graphs to the default values.
  1. View your hybrid fuel economy displayed in a graph as well as your accumulated electric motor use.
Note
  • The fuel efficiency graphs will be updated every two and a half minutes and will automatically be reset when the engine is stopped.
  • The average fuel efficiency value shows the accumulated average fuel economy after refueling, so the value will not be reset despite the graph resetting.

Viewing the Energy Flow (HEV only)

You can view the energy flow between the engine, the electric motor, and the battery according to your vehicle’s driving status.
On the Hybrid screen, press Energy Flow.

You can view your eco-driving information.
On the Hybrid screen, press ECO Driving.

  1. View your vehicle′s eco-level.
Note
The eco-level is awarded based on economical and ecofriendly driving. If you drive economically by reducing rapid acceleration and sudden braking, the eco-level will increase.
