Configuring the display settings


You can change the settings for the screen display, such as screen brightness and ratio.
Note
Depending on the vehicle model or specifications, available options may vary.
  1. On the All Menus screen, press Setup > Display.
  1. The Display Settings screen will appear.
  1. Select an option to change.

Illumination

You can set the system brightness to be adjusted according to the ambient lighting conditions or set the screen to stay bright or dimmed.

Auto-adjust Brightness

You can set the system brightness to be adjusted according to the ambient lighting conditions. Press to set the brightness for the day or night mode.

Adjust Manually

You can set the screen to stay bright or dimmed.
Note
To restore the default settings for all display modes, press Reset.

Adjust Color (if equipped)

You can adjust the screen settings while playing videos.
Note
  • This setting can be accessed only while playing videos.
  • To restore the default settings for the video display, press Center.

Display Ratio (if equipped)

You can set to play videos at the original ratio, full screen, or wide (16:9) ratio.
Note
This setting can be accessed only while playing videos.

Screen Saver

You can select a screen saver option after turning off your screen.

Analog Clock

The analog clock is displayed.

Digital Clock

The digital clock is displayed.

None

No screensaver is displayed.

Extend Rear Camera Use (if equipped)

You can set the rear view screen to remain active even when you shift to any position other than ″R″ (Reverse) after backing up.
Note
When you shift to "P" (Park) or drive at a predetermined speed or faster, the rear view screen will be deactivated and the system will display the previous screen automatically.
