Playing iPod®

1. Use iPod exclusive cable to connect iPod to USB connector.
2. Press [HOME] or [1] > [Media] > [iPod]. It runs iPod mode.

Pause

You can pause the playing file.

Press [M] on screen.

Press [d] on screen to play it again.

Skip

You can play the previous or next file.

Location	Details
Screen	Press [C/V]. Pressing [C] after 3 seconds of playback time plays the current file from the beginning.
Head unit	Press [SEEK W/TRACK S]. Pressing [TRACK S] after 3 seconds of playback time plays the current file from the beginning.

Search

You can rewind/fast forward to a specific point of a file.

Location	Details
Screen	Press and hold [C/V] and then release at the point you want.
Head unit	Press and hold [SEEK W/TRACK S] and then release at the point you want.

Seek

You can play the file directly by searching for the desired file.

Turn [] to search for a desired file. If the desired file is displayed, press the [] to play the file.

List

Searching the list

You can play the desired file by searching the file list included in iPod.

1. Press [List]. Or press [Menu] > [List].

2. Press the desired file after searching for a category. The category can be sorted by [Playlists], [Artists], [Albums], [Songs] or [More].

Arranging categories

1. Press [Menu] > [Arranging categories] on the [List] screen.

2. Press and hold an item, then move it up/down to change the order of the items.

Shuffle

All files can be played randomly.

Press [Menu] > [Shuffle] from the playing screen.

,Note

You can set or cancel the Shuffle function by pressing [l] on the playing screen.

Repeat

The current playing file is played repeatedly.

1. Press [Menu] > [Repeat].

2. Press [Repeat] repeatedly.

• []: Repeats all files.
• []: Repeats the current file.
• []: Cancels the repeat function.

,Note

You can change the Repeat function by pressing [//] on the playing screen.

Track information

This feature shows the artist, title and album information of the song.

1. Press [Menu] > [Track information].

2. Press [OK].
