Using the Car to Home service
Link to the Bluelink service to remotely control IoT (Internet of Things) devices connected to the Smart Home system.
- To use the service, make sure you install the Bluelink App on your smartphone and sign up for the Bluelink Service. Use either Google Play Store or App Store (depending on your smartphone model) to download and install the Hyundai Bluelink App and sign up for the Bluelink Service. ► See "Subscribing to the service"
- To use the service, make sure your user profile is linked to your Bluelink account. To link your user profile to your Bluelink account, press Setup ► User Profile from the Home screen.
- Devices that can be controlled may differ depending on the service provider and subscriptions. For details, refer to the device manufacturer's website.
- Some features may not be available depending on your IoT provider and what service and device you use.
- The service will not be available if the data terminal equipment is not working normally due to having been modified, removed/reattached, damaged, poorly serviced, or for any other reason.
- Access to the service may fail due to a temporary communication failure.
- Use of the service may be limited in radio shadow areas.
- Service items are subject to change, addition or deletion. Service types may vary, depending on the vehicle model and the data terminal equipment type.
- On the Home screen, press Car to Home.
The screen displays the statuses of service modes and electronic devices that can be controlled.
- To view the online manual, press ► Online Manual, and scan the QR code with your mobile phone.
- Select an electronic device and remotely control it.
- Available control items may differ, depending on the electronic device.
- To refresh the Car to Home screen, press ► Refresh on the Car to Home screen. If Car to Home settings have been changed from the Bluelink App, the changes will apply to the list.
- To view a list of linked service providers, press ► Service Provider on the Car to Home screen.
