Using safety and security services


Bluelink offers various services in the event of an emergency or accident. Some of these include:

Auto Collision Notification

This feature provides you with immediate assistance in the event of an accident or when any airbag is deployed. If an accident occurs, an Auto Collision Notification signal including your location and customer information, will be automatically transmitted to the response center.
Once received, a response specialist will attempt to establish voice communications with you and forward any pertinent information to Bluelink emergency services.

SOS

You may also require Bluelink emergency services.
During an emergency, press the [] button in your vehicle.
Vehicle and location information will be sent to a trained response specialist, who will assist in coordinating and dispatching appropriate emergency assistance to you.
  • The response specialist will remain on the line with you until a first responder arrives.
  • To end the SOS call, press End on the screen or press the [] button.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery

If your vehicle is reported stolen, the Bluelink Center can provide assistance with the notification, locating and immobilization of the vehicle.

Stolen Vehicle Notification

If an unauthorized person enters your car, you will be immediately notified through Hyundai Bluelink app.

Stolen Vehicle Tracking

Your car was stolen? in the unfortunate event of car theft, the Hyundai Bluelink call center will assist you in finding your car by tracking it. Hyundai Bluelink call center provides you with the real-time location and driving route of stolen vehicle to effectively support theft tracking after the vehicle owner identification procedure.

Stolen Vehicle Immobilization

Hyundai Bluelink call center can provides you with your car′s exact location and immobilize the engine until its recovered. in the event your vehicle is reported stolen to Bluelink call center, you may elect to utilize this feature to completely turn off the engine once the vehicle has been stopped with the help of call center. this will prevent the vehicle from being restarted until the owner has arrived on the scene.
