Hybrid

Using the Hybrid menu (HEV only)

You can see the fuel economy and energy flows of the vehicle.

On the Home screen, press Hybrid.

Hybrid screen

The Hybrid screen provides the following features and information:

View the average fuel economy and electric motor usage of the vehicle.

The graphs are updated every 2.5 minutes. When you stop the vehicle, the graphs are initialised.
The average fuel economy is the average fuel economy accumulated after fueling. Accordingly, even when the graph is initialised, the information is maintained.

View the energy flows while driving.

Displays the list of menus.

Reset graph: Resets the fuel economy graph.

Depending on vehicle model or specifications, the screen layout and available options may differ.

Configuring the Hybrid settings (if equipped)

You can set convenience features available for hybrid vehicles.

Available settings may differ depending on the vehicle model and specifications.

Stay mode

Stay mode uses the vehicle's high voltage battery to activate convenience features when the vehicle is stopped. This means that electronic equipment (audio, lighting, etc.) and climate features can be used without idling the engine. Climate features may be restricted if the battery is low.

Using the Electric vehicle menu (EV only)

You can use various EV-specific functions, such as energy information views and vehicle charge scheduling.

On the Home screen, press EV.

Electric vehicle screen

The Electric vehicle screen provides the following features and information:

View the current battery level.

If you press the vehicle image, the Charging limit screen appears.

View the distance to empty for the current climate control settings.

The details of drivable range displayed on the map screen may not match the actual information.

Displays the list of menus.

Edit EV Home widgets: Edit items that can be controlled from the Electric vehicle screen.

To reset the control items on the Electric vehicle screen and their positions, press Reset.

Viewing the energy information screen

Check the vehicle′s electricity usage and EV economy history.

The screen may differ depending on the vehicle model and specifications.

Electricity use

You can view the power consumed by the drivetrain, climate control, electrical systems and battery care function.

EV range history (if equipped)

Displays the distance-to-empty (DTE) value and power consumption information each time the odometer value increases by 2 km.

Battery usage statistics (if equipped)

Maintain battery performance by analyzing the vehicle charging records and driver's driving habits.

This menu item is displayed only when the mileage is above 3000 km.

Energy consumption history

You can view a graph of fuel efficiencies on individual dates.

Setting for charging

You can configure various functions such as automatic battery charging or climate control according to the specified departure time.

Next departure time

Set the cabin temperature for the next departure time.

AC charging settings

You can schedule charging and set the charge current, depending on the installed charger type.

Charging time varies based on charging conditions.
If a problem occurs during charging, lower the charging current and try again. If you lower the charging current, it may take longer to charge the battery.

Charging limit

Set the maximum % charge level for the vehicle's high voltage battery.

Electricity use settings (V2L)

Setting of the minimum battery charge level (in percent) at which V2L will stop.

V2L is an abbreviation of Vehicle To Load.

Configuring the Electric vehicle settings

You can set convenience features available for electric vehicles.

Available settings may differ depending on the vehicle model and specifications.

Battery conditioning

Controls the battery temperature to enhance fast charging performance.

Utility mode

Utility mode uses the high-voltage battery to power electronic devices, such as the infotainment system, climate control or interior lights, when parked for a long time or while camping.

Option A

To deactivate utility mode, press the vehicle's START button.

Option B

To deactivate utility mode, press the vehicle's START button, or start the vehicle by pressing the START button and stepping on the brake.
The screen may differ depending on the vehicle model and specifications.

Smart regeneration

Automatic adjustment of the braking intensity when recuperation is set to [Auto]. These adjustments are made while the vehicle is coasting, and are based on the detected driving speed, distance to the leading vehicle, and road gradient.

Audible charging info

Audible information about the charging status when the vehicle starts charging.

To turn off the Audible charging info, press Off.

Plug & Charge (if equipped)

With Plug & Charge enabled, the authorisation is done automatically by connecting your vehicle to a Plug & Charge capable charge point. In order to use Plug & Charge, please enable this function at the e-mobility service provider recommended by your manufacturer.

i-PEDAL (if equipped)

Accelerate, decelerate and stop using only the accelerator pedal. Use the brake pedal when necessary.

※ Pull and hold the left shift paddle to enable or disable i-Pedal.

Using the Plug-in Hybrid menu (PHEV only)

You can see the driving and energy information, or schedule charging.

On the Home screen, press PHEV.

The Plug-in Hybrid screen provides the following features and information:

View the drivable range under the remaining battery amount.

Check information such as drivable distance and battery status. ► See "Viewing the energy information screen."

View the energy flows while driving. ► See "Energy flows screen."

Set the next departure time. ► See "Setting for charging."

Schedule a charging or set the related options. ► See "Setting for charging."

You can configure various charging settings, such as automatic battery charging at the specified departure time.

Next departure time

You can schedule the charging based on the departure time.

Scheduled charging

In addition, you can set to automatically charge the battery according to the options for off-peak electricity time and off-peak charging priority.

AC charging current

You can set the charging current depending on the installed charger type.

Charging time varies based on charging conditions.
If a problem occurs during charging, lower the charging current and try again. If you lower the charging current, it may take longer to charge the battery.

Viewing the energy information screen

You can see the drivable distance and the estimated charging time.
