Media

Turning on the DAB/FM radio

Scan and listen to DAB/FM radio stations. Save your preferred stations to the favourites list.
  1. Perform any of the following methods:
  • On the Home screen, press Media.
  • On the control panel, press the [MEDIA] button.
  • If multiple media are connected, on the control panel, press and hold the [MEDIA] button.
  1. On the Media Home screen, press DAB/FM.
  • Press on the screen or press the [SEARCH] button on the control panel, enter a search term, and then select the item to run.
  • The screen may differ depending on the vehicle model and specifications.

DAB/FM screen

  1. Change the radio mode.
  1. Displays a list of available stations.
  1. Change the media mode.
  1. Displays the DAB/FM player screen.
  1. Displays the list of menus.
  1. Scan DAB/FM: Select a station of your choice after listening briefly to stations from different radio stations.
  • If you press Scan DAB/FM, you can scan through stations and listen to each for 5 seconds.
  1. TA: Activate traffic announcements. Announcements and programmes will be received automatically if available.
  2. Region: Automatically changes the radio frequency accordingly when the vehicle moves from one region to another region.
  3. FM/FM switching: Automatically finds and switches to the same FM station with a better signal if the signal of the FM station you are currently listening to is not good.
  4. Refresh: Refreshes the list of stations.
  5. Manual tune FM: Manually adjust the radio frequency.
  6. Sort by: Arrange the station list in order of names or frequencies (if equipped).
  7. Radio noise control: Customise sound quality by adjusting background noise of the original sound while listening to radio.
  8. Sound settings: Displays the system sound settings screen.
  9. Online manual: View the online manual by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone.

DAB/FM player screen

  1. Closes the Media player.
  • The Media player can also be closed by swiping the screen down.
  1. Change the frequency.
  1. Delete or save the current frequency to Favourites.
  1. Displays a list of available stations.

Changing the DAB/FM radio stations

Perform any of the following methods:
  • On the DAB/FM screen, press the desired station.
  • On the DAB/FM player screen, press the frequency change button.
  • On the control panel, press the [ SEEK] or [TRACK ] button.
  • Use the TUNE button on the control panel to search for the desired station. If the TUNE button on the control panel is pressed within 5 seconds after search begins, the current station being scanned plays. If there is no input for 5 seconds, the search stops and the currently playing station is displayed.
  • On the steering wheel, press the move button up or down.
You can listen to the changed DAB/FM station.

Favourites screen

  1. Change the radio mode.
  1. Displays a list of stations saved in Favourites.
  1. Change the media mode.
  1. Displays the DAB/FM player screen.
  1. Displays the list of menus.
  1. TA: Activate traffic announcements. Announcements and programmes will be received automatically if available.
  2. Radio noise control: Customise sound quality by adjusting background noise of the original sound while listening to radio.
  3. Edit favourites: Delete the list of saved stations.
  4. Sound settings: Displays the system sound settings screen.
  5. Online manual: View the online manual by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone.

Adding a favourite station

Perform any of the following methods:
  • On the DAB/FM screen, press .
  • On the DAB/FM player screen, press .
  • If the favourites list is full, some stations will not be saved to the list.

Changing the favourite station

Perform any of the following methods:
  • On the Favourites screen, press the desired station.
  • On the control panel, press the [ SEEK] or [TRACK ] button. If you press and hold the button, stations are quickly scanned.
  • Use the TUNE button on the control panel to search for the desired station. If the TUNE button on the control panel is pressed within 5 seconds after search begins, the current station being scanned plays. If there is no input for 5 seconds, the search stops and the currently playing station is displayed.
  • On the steering wheel, press the move button up or down.

Deleting the favourite station

Perform any of the following methods:
  • On the DAB/FM screen, press .
  • On the DAB/FM player screen, press .
  • On the Favourites screen, press ► Edit favourites. Alternatively, from the Favourites screen, press and hold on anywhere on the station list, select the station to delete, and then press Delete.
