Bluelink services


Bluelink provides connected car services, such as roadside assistance and emergency rescue, via the latest IT and communication technologies.
Once subscribed, you can access Bluelink services via the Bluelink buttons in your vehicle. You can also access other useful features using the Bluelink menu in your system.

Note
  • You must be an active Bluelink subscriber or within the initial free trial period to receive Bluelink services, including Auto Collision Notifications.
  • Depending on your vehicle type, the system type or the subscribed service package, available services may vary.
  • Some services may incur additional charges.
  • Services may be modified, added, or deleted according to changes in the company′s policies.

Service limitations

Because Bluelink services are provided via mobile networks, use of this service may be limited depending on the status of your mobile network. Check the network signal icon () at the top of the screen to verify if the network signal strength is adequate.
Note
  • Use of this service is recommended when the network signal icon has more than four signal bars.
  • Depending on your mobile network status, Bluelink services may be affected in the following places:
  • In a building or tunnel
  • In a mountain or dense forest
  • On a road close to cliffs
  • In an area with a lot of high buildings
  • On a highway or a road under an overpass
  • Out of a service area based on the mobile network service provider′s coverage policy

Activating Bluelink services

You must activate Bluelink services to use them. An account with www.MyBluelink.ca is required for activation. If you already have an account, enter your account information. If you do not have an account, you can create one by visiting www.MyBluelink.ca. You can also visit your local dealership to create a Bluelink account and activate Bluelink services.
  1. Park your vehicle in a safe location.
  1. You cannot enter information for service activation while your vehicle is moving.
  1. On the Home screen, press All Menus > Bluelink > Bluelink Settings > Feature Enrollment.
  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation.
Caution
Do not turn off the engine while activation is in progress. Doing so may cause the system to malfunction.
Note
  • If the activation fails, contact Hyundai Customer Relations Center at 1-844-258-5656.
  • While the activation is in progress, the system buttons will be locked.
  • If your Bluelink service has expired, you can reactivate by entering your email address and password again in the Feature Enrollment menu.
